5 days/4night (min. 2 people) to be lived in a farmhouse in the countryside, orchards, jams and cooking lesson
1st day: Arrival in Ferrara at the Farm booked. Check-in room and time for leisure. In the afternoon visit to the organic farming and harvesting of the fruit produced. Dinner in the Farm and overnight.
2nd day: Buffet breakfast and preparation of jam with the fruit harvesting from the day before. Free rime for lunch. In the afternoon bottling, labelling and packaging of jam. Dinner and overnight.
3rd day: Buffet breakfast. Cooking lesson (bread or typical pasta) and lunch with local products prepared during the course. In the afternoon relax by the swimming pool. Overnight.
4th day: City tour of the Ferrara city centre with a guide for the morning: Estense Castle, the Cathedral of St. George, the Medieval quarter and the renaissance quarter. At the end of visit stop for Aperitif in the most ancient Winery of Europe. Time free and in the evening return in the Farm and overnight.
5th day: Buffet breakfast and depart. End of service.
ATTENTION: upon request we can arrange transfer from Milan/Venice/Bologna/Florence with: rental car/car with driver or transfers by fast train or minivan/minibus.
Recommended period: Spring/Summer or during the Palio Estense (end of month of May)
