1st day: Arrival in Ferrara at the Farmhouse booked. Check-in room and time to leisure. In the afternoon visit to the organic farming and harvesting of the fruit produced. Dinner in the Farm and night
2nd day: Buffet breakfast and preparation of jam with the fruit harvesting from the day before. Lunch free. In the afternoon bottling, labeling and packaging of jam. Dinner and night.
3rd day: City tour of the Ferrara city center with a guide for the morning: Estense Castle, the Cathedral of St. George, the Medieval quarter and the renaissance quarter. At the end of visit stop for Aperitiv in the most ancient Enoteca of Europe. Time free and in the evening return in the Farm for night.
4th day: Buffet breakfast. Cooking school (bread or typical pasta), and lunch with local products prepared during the course. In the afternoon relax by the swimmingpool. Night.
5th day: Buffet breakfast and depart. End of service.
