This treasure hunt will make the game truly magical and original, which will be conducted and coordinated by characters from the tradition of the Venice Carnival. The participants at each stage will find a character that will cheer them through theatrical pieces, gags and jokes and will put them to the test in order to reach the goal. Characters like the Casanova, Arlecchino and Colombina, the Dama Cortigiana or the Captain of Ventura will make sure to involve the participants in a “theatrical” and playful way. MASK DECORATION The decoration of a mask is a fun means of aggregation for a team building in order to develop that intrinsic creative art in each of us. You will be explained the ancient technique for the realization of a Venetian mask in papier mache, we will provide important information on the use that the mask has represented in Venice in past centuries. Each participant will decorate a papier-mache mask according to their taste and creativity. Execution Participants will choose a model to decorate. Next step will be explained the ancient processing technique. Each participant will be able to decorate the mask made by hand in papier-mâché at will, with tempera acrylic colors or metallic colors such as gold, silver and copper that can be added to give the shine effect with the addition of various types of wax for the final touch – in addition to the choice of the most appropriate colored tape to match the mask that will then be held by the student in remembrance of the event. At the end the best mask will be decreed.
