1std day – Florence Arrival in Florence. Accommodation in hotel reserved. Meeting with guide for the city tour: Cathedral S. Maria del Fiore, Baptistery Giotto’s Bell Tower, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio. Time to leisure. Dinner in a typical restaurant. Night in hotel
2nd day – The Chianti Region Buffet breakfast and arriva in Greve in Chianti considered the “door” of Chianti “, visit of the small village an the Enoteca “Le Cantine” a very big and interesting winery (By buying a winecard to start Euro 10,00 Euro 15,00 and above, you can taste some excellent wines with typical food products). Continuation to Castello di Vicchiomaggio wine farm, for the guided visit to the ancient and hirtorical cellars, the Renaissance gardens and finaly wine taste. Continuation to the small village of Panzano where is the most famous butcher shop in Tuscany. Stop lunch with a typical Tuscany lunch. In the afternoon arrival to the Castle of Verrazzano. In the Castle in 1485 there was born Giovanni da Verrazzano, the famous navigator and discoverer of New York Bay and the majority of the American coast of the Levant. Visit to the ancient cellars and wine taste and then transfer to the Farmhouse Montagliari, for the typical dinner and night in the room reserved.
3rd day: Visit Farm and Cooking school Buffet breakfast and morning dedicatet to Cooking School in farmhouse in Panzano: visit the wineries, vinsanteria, Aging balsamic vinegar, wine tasting with Montagliari wines (Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Brunesco of San Lorenzo, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar). Beginning Cooking School. Preparation of two or three typical dishes of Tuscany and Chiantigiana. Lunch in the school kitchen, with dishes prepared during the course, accompanied by Chianti Classico vintage, VinSanto for dessert. – Withdrawal of the certificate of participation in the day at the Farm. Afternoon to disposal for optional visit to “Pieve di Spaltenna” a Gaiole in Chianti origin of the year 1003. Dinner and night in Panzano Farm.
4th day: Castello di Brolio – Siena After breakfast, arrival in Castelnuovo Berardenga to admire the Castle of Brolio, of Longobard origin with ancient city walls. 5th day – San Gimignano – End of service Buffet breakfast and arrival in San Gimignano, the medieval town famous for its towers and Vernaccia di San Gimignano, wonderful wine that is produced in this area. Visit to the city center. Time to leisure. End of service
