1 st DAY: CASTEL DEL MONTE Arrival in Bari and meeting with the bus (Railway Station or Airport) for baggage loading and departure to CASTEL DEL MONTE; guided tour to visit Castel del Monte. At the end of the visit, continue to Martina Franca / area for accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
2 nd DAY: OSTUNI-CISTERNINO-FASANO- LOCOROTONDO Breakfast in hotel and departure to reach Ostuni, the “white city” for excellence; meeting with the guide to visit the wonderful city of Puglia; then continue to Cisternino for a brief visit. Lunch break in a local restaurant and in the afternoon visit to Locorotondo and Fasano. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
3 rd DAY: ALBEROBELLO-PUTIGNANO-MARTINA FRANCA Breakfast in hotel. Departure to visit Alberobello for the guided tour of the famous Trulli. Meeting with the city guide. Lunch break in a local restaurant and in the afternoon continue to Putignano for a brief visit guided tour to the Grotta del Trullo. Continue to Martina Franca for the guided tour of the capital of the Val d’Itria. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
4 th DAY: ALTAMURA-MATERA Breakfast in hotel and departure to Altamura; guided tour of the city known worldwide for its namesake bread, with a visit to a mill and if possible also to a typical bakery. Stop for lunch in a farmhouse or in a typical restaurant in the area. In the afternoon, transfer to Matera for a guided tour of the Capital of Culture: a guide will accompany you to discover what is today the “Capital of Culture” with its truly unique cave dwellings. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
5th DAY: BARI END DEPARTURE Breakfast in hotel and check-out. Departure to Bari. Guided tour to visit the historic centre of the old town and the splendid cathedral of San Nicola. Free time for lunch and departure to the place of origin. End of services.
