1 day: Palermo Arrival at the APT Palermo. Meeting with bus for transfer to the hotel located in the surroundings of Palermo. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
2nd day: Palermo / Monreale Breakfast in hotel and departure for Palermo to meet the guide for a visit to the historic centre of the beautiful city, then visit to Monreale and stop for lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon visit the magnificent Cathedral of Monreale. In the evening dinner and overnight in hotel.
3rd day: Segesta / Erice / Selinunte Breakfast in hotel, check-out and departure to Segesta. Meeting with the guide for the visit to the Archaeological Park, proceeding to Erice for the guided tour. Lunch in Erice in typical restaurant and departure to Selinunte for the guided tour. At the end departure to Agrigento, accommodation in hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
4th day: Valley of the Temples / Roman Villa of Piazza Armerina Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the Valley of the Temples to meet the guide at the GIUNONE entrance for a guided tour to the archaeological area, stop for lunch and continue to Piazza Armerina to meet the guide in front of the entrance, for a guided tour of the wonderful Villa Roman, the magnificent imperial villa rich in sumptuous mosaics. In the evening continue to Marina di Ragusa, accommodation in hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
5th day: Ragusa / Modica Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Ragusa to meet the guide and visit to the wonderful baroque city. At the end departure to Modica for lunch in a typical restaurant; in the afternoon continuation of the guided tour of the delightful Modica, to visit its baroque centre and magnificent churches. During the tour visit + tasting of the famous and unique Modica chocolate at the historic chocolate shop Bonajuto . In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
6th day: Noto / Siracusa Breakfast in hotel and check-out, departure to Noto. Meeting in Noto with the guide to visit to the beautiful city of the Sicilian Baroque. Lunch in a typical restaurant and proceeding to Syracuse for a guided tour of the historic centre and Ortygia with a visit to the magnificent sugar-coated Cathedral and to the Church of Santa Lucia in Badia which preserves a painting by Caravaggio (“the Burial of Santa Lucia). At the end of the visit, transfer to Taormina; hotel accommodation in the neighbouring area for dinner and overnight stay.
7th day: Taormina / Castelmola / Savoca Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Taormina to meet the guide and visit Taormina, Castelmola and Savoca. Arrival in Taormina city tour and possibility to visit the Greek Theatre. Proceeding to the tiny village of Castelmola (the village from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view) with minibuses booked for a brief visit to the splendid place and stop at the Antico Caffè San Giorgio for an aperitif and tasting of the “Vino alla Mandorla” local specialty . Lunch in typical restaurant (always with local minibuses). In the afternoon continue to the village of Savoca – the village known for the filming of the first episode of the famous film “The Godfather” – where the “Bar Vitelli” still exists where some of the film scenes were made. Short relaxing break to taste the typical lemon granite offered by Larus Viaggi. In the evening dinner and overnight at the hotel.
8 day: departure Breakfast in hotel, check-out and departure. End of services.
